Delivery cost UK:

United Kingdom (excluding Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Scottish Islands and Highlands): Free delivery on orders over £75+VAT, £6.65+VAT carriage charge will be applied to any orders under £75+VAT.

For a timed next working day, or Saturday delivery, please contact us. In most cases we will be able to quote you instantly.

Damaged/Missing items:

Damaged and missing items must be reported within 24 hours to enable us to take this up with our courrier. Please email a photograph of what you have received alongside the delivery note and packaging (if packaging is damaged) to sales@sspdirect.co.uk so we can investgate this and resolve the issue for you. Damaged parcels should be signed for as 'DAMAGED'.
